When the acceptance process for a new award is complete, a copy of the award is sent to the PI^*, co-PIs, and departmental grant manager along with a New Award Notice from ORS^*. The New Award Notice specifies common terms and conditions and the sponsor's requirements in regard to them. It can be a useful tool in managing the project.
