Burton of the Social Science Research Institute has received an award from the National Science Foundation for a project entitled "Family Resource Allocation in Urban and Rural Communities." Total funding will be $206,136 over 17 months. Ashutosh Chilkoti of the Center for Biologically Inspired Materials & Material Systems has received an award from Phase Bioscience, Inc. for a project entitled "The Architecture of Elastin Biopolymers: Preclinical Biodistribution, Pharmacokinetics, and Anti-tumor Activity."
