Performance Metrics

Duke is in the process of identifying key performance metrics to better understand, monitor and track its success at supporting research effort.

Measuring and reporting performance allows an organization to evaluate its progress relative to its objectives, equips management and operational personnel with the support they need to make appropriate changes in strategy, and provides the organization with a foundation for continuous improvement.

Once identified, the key performance benchmarks will be featured below and updated throughout the year to track progress and monitor "quality control" throughout the organization.
